New York City April Calendar of Unique and Charitable Events |
Without a doubt, New York City has turned a corner and our way of life is slowly returning. With schools reopening, restaurants becoming fully booked again, Broadway scheduling productions for September, weather warming up, vaccines continuing to be distributed (over 30% of New Yorkers have already been vaccinated!), city streets and parks filing up with people … the city is regaining is hustle and bustle that makes it so energizing.
All indicators promise that our Spring real estate buying season will be on overdrive as first quarter numbers proved that New York City is again the place where so many people want to call home. Buyers are out in droves and inventory is not keeping up with the demand. Even well regarded economists are predicting that New York City is on a steep upward trajectory and that the overall economy will continue to grow over the next three to five years.
All one has to do is to walk the streets of NYC where one can feel that special NYC energy reemerging. Looking at the Calendar below - this is no surprise. The opportunities to enjoy NYC while at the same time helping others is truly boundless!
Happy Spring to you and your loved ones -
Kevin

Exactly 100 years ago, the unimaginable happened: alcohol of every kind was effectively banned in America.
