November was nothing short of a whirlwind of activity … in the NYC real estate world as well as in the international marketplaces. I was truly honored to have been part of a momentous occasion, the opening of a new chapter in our brand’s history in the United Kingdom, with four new offices in the heart of London. I dare say, we now have the Crown Jewel of Sotheby’s International Realty firmly in capable hands with an exceptional team of agents.
While in London, I had the privilege of touring some properties that were nothing short of spectacular, exemplifying the unparalleled excellence of our brand. Two noteworthy examples include a penthouse on Manresa Road (https://shorturl.at/aejCK) and another penthouse at Battersea House (https://shorturl.at/esBRV).
London should be on everyone’s “must visit list” as it is worth the journey - whether you are strolling Covent Gardens, shopping at the re-energized Fortnum & Mason (no longer your grandmother’s store!), or strolling down Oxford Street. I need another London trip as there was so much I didn’t get to see and experience.
As we are now in the holiday season, Craig George and I extend our warmest wishes to one and all. May this festive time be filled with joy, laughter, and cherished moments with loved ones. For those who have yet to experience the enchantment of Manhattan, especially during this holiday season, Craig and I extend a heartfelt invitation to explore our little island of bliss. It would be a pleasure to welcome you to the vibrant tapestry of life that is uniquely Manhattan.
Wishing you and your loved ones warmest holday greetings!
Kevin
