Greetings and warm wishes as we step into the vibrancy of the upcoming, pre-Spring, season! January, for us, was not just a month; it was a whirlwind of experiences that we're eager to share with our cherished community. Sotheby's Blue Carpet Extravaganza in India and Japan: Our journey last month to the enchanting lands of India and Japan was nothing short of magical. Sotheby's colleagues, the true gems of the brokerage world, welcomed us with open arms, rolling out not the red, but the prestigious Sotheby's BLUE carpet. It was an enlightening experience that left an indelible mark on my son, Alex, and me. A Detour to Nepal: A Tale of Humility and Challenge: Our "side" trip to Nepal was certainly a poignant chapter for us. Alberto Luzzi's incredible work through the WE RAISE HOPE foundation, where I am honored to be a board member, has transformed a once desolate village into a thriving community filled with laughter and dance. From Desolation to Hope: When Alberto first set foot in this impoverished Nepalese village, there was no running water, no hospital, and no school. Children faced the unthinkable fate of being sold to wealthier individuals. Today, the village pulsates with life, breaking the chains of despair. And HOPE abounds! Resilience Amid Global Turbulence: Amidst the echoes of economic uncertainty worldwide, residential property markets have defied expectations. Positive capital value growth has been enjoyed in many of the world's cities in 2023. Real estate, a beacon in uncertain times, remains a safe harbor for wealth. New York City, in particular, witnessed over 700 signed contracts for residence purchases in January alone! Navigating the "Election Noise": As we navigate the year of elections, the world seems to be drowning in "election noise," adding an extra layer of uncertainty. Take heart; we are not alone in this journey. Elections are unfolding in almost 70 countries, representing over 40% of the global population and contributing to more than 60% of the world's economic output. A truly intriguing thought! In closing, I extend my warmest wishes for an early and Happy Spring. May this season bring forth renewal, hope, and countless opportunities. Warm regards, Kevin

200 East 75th Street - an 18-story residential building under construction in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by EJS Development, which purchased the property for $32.5 million in March 2021, the topped-out 214-foot-tall structure will span 97,569 square feet and yield 36 condominium units and ground-floor retail space. The renderings depict 200 East 75th Street with a prewar-inspired design consisting of a limestone base, a hand-laid brick façade, fluted terracotta panels, and ornamental metal detailing. The fenestration is composed of a mix of recessed rectangular and arched floor-to-ceiling windows, and a series of setbacks on the upper levels will be populated with landscaping and shrubbery.

Unbound- We believe the smartest path out of poverty is a self-directed one. Our team listens to the children, elders and families we serve, helping them develop personalized plans based on their unique challenges, needs and skill sets. We partner with sponsored friends as they set and achieve their own goals.
When you sponsor through Unbound, you offer a hand up — not a handout — to a family working to lift themselves out of poverty through hard work, initiative and hope. Your monthly contribution of $40 directly benefits the specific individual you sponsor to help meet their basic needs. But your sponsorship does so much more. With your support, our program empowers sponsored individuals and their families with tools to achieve self-sufficiency.
Local staff members work with sponsored families on how to best use their benefits to achieve personal and family goals.
