New York City September Calendar of Unique and Charitable Events |
New York City is constantly reinventing itself, and 2020 is no exception. Whether it’s the hundreds of sidewalk restaurants that have appeared everywhere or our newly immaculate public transportation system, we have not only adapted, we’ve become stronger and better. This is evident in all the post Labor Day events NYC has to offer (see Calendar below) - and demonstrates how our great city continues to offer something for everyone. Even with the many challenges of world events and with the distractions of the upcoming national election, NYC continues to be a beacon of hope, opportunity and stability for everyone.
NYC's real estate market seems to have found its new equilibrium over the last few VERY challenging months. We have all now become accustomed in the "NEW NORMAL" period where patience, no matter which side of the transaction one is on, will ensure success. Smart buyers are bidding aggressively and getting historic prices we haven't seen since 2008. Whether you are looking to upgrade your current living space, seeking an investment vehicle, or wanting your first pied a terre, there hasn’t been a better time to purchase in NYC.
Warm regards and hoping you and your loved ones remain safe –
Kevin
