The Los Angeles market has not slowed down. Homes that are priced up to the $3 Mil range are trading for higher selling prices given it is originally priced well.

So far with the increase in the interest rate we have not seen an impact in sales.

In the ueber end luxury market we see that the properties that have been sitting on the market for a long time with astronomic high asking prices are going to auction and getting sold for a fraction of their original asked price.

We have been actively closing on properties for our buyers & sellers and preparing new homes to bring to market shortly. Interested in details? Just call us.
