Happy Holidays!
Welcome to the December newsletter! 'Tis the season and the Delaware coastal beaches are in full swing. There's a ton to do this month, so be sure to checkout our December calendar of events.

According to BrightMLS, 2024 is expected to be a stronger year for real estate sales, with prices continuing to rise. And with inflation easing, money.com predicts interest rates will make a slow decline throughout 2024. Don't wait - now is the time to seize the advantage and turn your dreams of owning a home at the beach into a reality, before the spring real estate market heats up.
